Site Assessment & Specification
Surface condition graded per SSPC-VIS 1. Contamination documented. Coating system selected to match environment, service conditions, and project budget.
Surface Preparation
Abrasive blasting to specified cleanliness and anchor profile. Soluble salt testing prior to coating. Dust and debris removed per SSPC-SP 1.
Coating Application
Multi-coat systems applied by certified applicators. Wet and dry film thickness monitored continuously per SSPC-PA 1 throughout the project.
Inspection & QC
Holiday testing, adhesion testing, and final DFT verification. Full project documentation including daily inspection reports delivered at project close.
Closeout & Warranty
As-built records, safety data sheets, and product submittals provided. Warranty documentation issued per coating manufacturer specifications.

He began his career in 2013 through the plasterers' union apprenticeship program, contributing to major projects including Comcast Technology Center, FMC Tower, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and the King of Prussia Mall expansion.
